PICS Society’s Self Employment Program begins
Progressive Intercultural Community Services (PICS) Society starts its next Self-Employment Program training session on March 19th, 2013.
This is an eight weeks program where participants will develop a business plan including the business concept, business operations, marketing and sales, and finances. In collaboration with Canadian Youth Business Foundation, PICS Society will support eligible entrepreneurs in the Lower Mainland to access start-up loans up to $45,000 to start their own business. Eligible new immigrants who have been in the country for less than five years are able to access a loan of up to $15,000.
