Walk for water

Nearly 2000 North Surrey students joined together thursday afternoon in a six kilometer walk around Fraser Heights to raise awareness and money for the world's water crisis.

The first annual 6 km for H2O event focussed on raising money for clean water projects in Africa and make people aware that many women and children in developing countries will walk up to six kilometers just to get water for their village.
