When sprinkles are wishes
Four Cold Stone Creamery locations around the Lower Mainland partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation of B.C. & Yukon on Sept. 11 and raised $6,000 – enough to grant a child’s wish.
For three hours, they served ice cream by donations, and donated all sales of ice cream treats throughout the day for Make-A-Wish.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants wishes to children ages three to 17 who are battling a life-threatening medical condition.
Participating Cold Stone Creamery locations included two in Surrey: Guildford and Nordel.
