Kettle Drive kick-off
Salvation Army Surrey Community Church and Area Commander Vancouver Island Les Burrows (right) and Salvation Army Volunteer David Baxter help Surrey MLA's Sue Hammell and Jasbir Sandhu give a donation to the Salvation Army Kettle Drive during the official kick-off at the Superstore at King George Blvd and 72 ave friday morning.
Both Hammell and Sandhu will be volunteering their time at one of the kettle locations this year.
The Salvation Army Kettles will be located at 30 locations around the city until December 24.
