Delta Parks and Recreation rec leader Jennifer Starheim shows Brixton Ferguson – whose first birthday is March 19 – a set of rings in the play area of the North Delta Baby Fair on March 2.
The second-annual event at the North Delta Recreation Centre was organized by the Delta Early Childhood Development Committee.
