The Delta Fire Department came out on top at the first-ever Battle of the Badge charity hockey game last Saturday night (Jan. 25), beating the Delta Police Department by a score of 9-4.

Close to 1,600 were in attendance at Sungod Arena for the game, which helped to raise money for the Delta Firefighters’ Charitable Fund, the Special Olympics, and Cops for Cancer.
