Cultural career fair for youth

Surrey Heritage Services is hosting a conference for youth who are considering careers in the arts and heritage fields.

The Cultural Careers Youth Conference, set for Saturday, Feb. 8 at the Surrey Museum (17710 56A Ave.), is free, interactive and open to youth aged 16 to 20 years old.

The day-long event will include practical advice from alumni and staff from six post-secondary institutions: SFU, UBC, Langara and Douglas colleges, Emily Carr University and University of Victoria.
