Having a laugh on the luge

Sullivan Elementary kingergarden student Jayden Kalar recently took a ride on a summer training luge at the school.

Members of the B.C. Luge Association were at the school with children's author Lisa Bowes introducing her new book, Lucy Tries Luge, that will be distributed to more than 10,000 students in 101 Surrey schools.

The book launch, sponsored by Olympia Trust Company, was meant to coincide with the start of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
