Frustrated that his organic waste was not picked up on subsequent occasions, Surrey resident Al Glen brought his green bin to Surrey City Hall last week.

He said after several incidents of his home bins not being picked up, he promised city staff he’d bring his trash to them.

Glen left the bin at the reception desk. No word on what happened to the waste.
