Student film festival in Surrey
The Montage Short Film Festival, showcasing the work of student filmmakers, takes place May 16, 6-9 p.m. at Tamanawis Secondary, 12600 66 Ave.
The festival was founded in 2007 by Kashif Pasta and Shyam Valera. As well as a movie screening, the event offers an opportunity to discuss work with filmmakers and hear from industry professionals.
