The Carnival Cultural Club is hosting its 10th bi-annual Carnival Fiesta in Surrey next month.

The family event, which drew more than 600 people last year, blends traditions from Goa, India and Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

The party kicks off at about 3 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Royal King Palace and Convention Centre (8158 128 St.) and continues into the evening with a talent show, floats, games, costumes, buffet dinner and snacks.
