A wee bit o' Haggis
SFU Robert Malcolm Memorial Junior Pipe Band member Daryl Techy along with staff, students and dignitaries officially welcomed the parade of the Haggis during Robbie Burns day celebrations at the Surrey campus friday. Learning Center staff member Francis Campbell gave a rousing toast to the haggis in honour of the 18th century Scottish poet after which everyone was offered a wee taste of the much maligned but well known traditional dish.
