Deadline looms for teen talent call

Teen performers are invited to try out for an upcoming talent show taking place in Cloverdale in just over two weeks from now.

The TeenFest talent contest will showcase singers, dancers, musicians, comedians and other entertainers between the ages of 12 and 18.

The Feb. 1 event takes place at the Cloverdale Rodeo Fairgrounds. Auditions must be submitted online at www.teenfest.ca. The entry deadline is Friday, Jan. 19.

TeenFest is a free, one-day exhibition that aims to bring students and community members together to raise money for youth charities.

“We would like to showcase the talent of our community,” says Ali Berman, TeenFest co-founder.  For more, call 1-778-440-7277 or email ali@teenfest.ca.
