Pagan Pride Day in Surrey for a second year

Vancouver Pagan Pride Day, the Order of Scáthach will take place Aug. 18. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Surrey's Hawthorne Park, 10503 144 St.

The Pagan Pride Project is a non profit organization fostering pride in Pagan religions and elimination of prejudice and discrimination based on religious beliefs through activism, charity and community.

This is the second time that this event, which has been held in the Lower Mainland area for 16 years, has been held in Surrey.
