Surrey Memorial Hospital Auxiliary has completed its $1-million pledge to the new Emergency Centre at Surrey Memorial Hospital – continuing their longstanding tradition of supporting health care dating back more than 60 years, even before Surrey Memorial opened in 1959.
The Emergency Centre, part of the hospital’s new Critical Care Tower currently under construction, will be first to open its doors in 2013 and will include a dedicated Pediatrics Emergency area.
