The library experience for students at James Ardiel Elementary will be enriched by a $99,000 grant from the Indigo Love of Reading Foundation.

The school was one of just 20 inner-city elementary schools across Canada that will receive support from the $1.5 million fund over the next three years to transform their libraries with the purchase of new books and education resources.

"We are absolutely thrilled to be selected for this year's Love of Reading grant," said

Shelley Brett, principal of James Ardiel Elementary.
