UPDATED: Missing Surrey man found by family

Surrey RCMP say a 50-year-old man who went missing Friday afternoon has now been found by members of his family.

The man left his home in the 9900 block of 159 Street on foot around 2 p.m. Friday.

Police and family were worried he could be in medical distress and a search-and-rescue team searched in Green Timbers Park over the weekend.

The missing man was found Tuesday in the Guildford area.
