UPDATE: Missing man located
Surrey RCMP say a Surrey senior who had gone missing from his care home on Tuesday has been found thanks to a tip from a member of the publlc.
Police were extremely worried about Manuel “Tony” Silva, 63, who suffers from Type 1 diabetes, and has bipolar disorder. He requires medication and days without it could be extremely detrimental to his well-being.
The Surrey RCMP thanks the public and the media for their assistance in locating Silva.
