Surrey RCMP are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a wanted male.

Joshua Ritch is currently wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching the conditions of his parole stemming from a robbery conviction in Victoria in 2009.

Ritch is believed to be in the Surrey area and may be in the company of a female associate. He is considered a high risk to re-offend.

Ritch is described as a 34-year-old Caucasian male, 5’8”, 148 lbs, with blond hair and blue eyes and a number of distinct tattoos, including a butterfly tattoo on his neck.

Anyone with information as to Ritch’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 or Crime Stoppers, if you wish to remain anonymous, at 1-800-222-8477.
