Family seeks missing man
White Rock RCMP are asking for the public’s help to find a severely ill 41-year-old.
Scott Phillip last spoke to family members around 3 p.m. April 23. He suffers from Crohn’s Disease and has been very ill of late, raising his family’s concerns for his welfare.
Phillip is described as 5’11”, 168 lbs., with blond hair and blue eyes. He has little access to money and it is unknown where he may be headed. He is believed to be driving his beige/gold Chevrolet Malibu, licence plate 448 EPD.
