A Surrey School District teacher has been charged with trafficking for allegedy conducting a drug transaction near a Vancouver elementary school.

On Nov. 7, Richmond RCMP's Property Crime Unit and Quick Response Team were in Vancouver on another investigation, when a vehicle approached and allegedly made a drug transaction with a pedestrian.
