Surrey RCMP searching for missing man
Surrey RCMP are requesting the public’s help in locating a missing male.
Michael Harboway was reported missing on Feb. 27 and was last seen in the area of the 13600-block and 94A Avenue.
He is described as a 33-year-old Caucasian male, 5'9', 160 lbs, with brownish-red hair, blue eyes, and partial beard. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a yellow crest/emblem over his left chest area, blue shirt, light blue jeans and black shoes.
Harboway is required to take medication which he does not have with him. He does not have access to a vehicle and likely uses transit or friends to get around.
Harboway was recently released after serving time for a robbery conviction and is considered a risk to re-offend. Police are warning the public to not attempt to contact or approach him. Instead, observe him and call the police.
