Advocate making a difference

Re: “The tireless advocate.”

The Leader’s front page picture of Charan Gill is so lively that it  speaks for itself. The  activities of Charan Gill as a non-violent fighter against social injustice towards new immigrants  are remarkable ones.

I feel that his unsuccessful attempt to run for MLA and MP positions in fact proved successful in other ways, in assisting new immigrants, right from farmworkers to skilled and professionals, in terms of achieving self-sufficiency.

In my opinion, he is much better than politicians. May God bless him with a long and active life.
