Respect handicap spaces

Re: The drivers who park illegally in the handicap parking spaces.

Unless you are handicapped and a member of SPARC BC, you are illegally parking in the handicap parking spaces.

To park in these spaces you require a SPARC BC handicap sticker, displayed on your front windshield. This occurs far too often, especially in inclement weather.
