Vancouver specials in North Delta? No thanks
Re: “North Deltans: Get involved,” Leader letters, Aug. 23.
While I agree that our community doesn’t need huge homes with secondary suites (Delta doesn’t control one suite per household) I didn’t move to North Delta to live in a neighbourhood that resembles East Vancouver.
You see, Mrs. Higgins, when you build a home on a 33 ft. lot (minus the side yard setbacks) your only design option is a Vancouver special.
No thanks.
