Service and a smile

I am writing to agree with letter writer Brian Batke.

Whenever I have had to contact Shaw, be it for help with using my digital box, TV remote or a technical problem with my computer, if I am advised the wait will be long, I always take the option to leave my phone number for a return call.

Their message says one will not lose their place in line, and they have always got back to me in a timely manner.

I had a query with my Shaw bill the other day. I spoke with a representative right away; she was very courteous and answered my questions. I have been very happy with having my phone bundled with my TV and Internet service.
