Good teen trumps trash

Recently I reported to the City of Surrey that a number of bags containing garbage had been dumped in the habitat rehabilitation area of Robson Park.

When I was walking my dog through the park I saw someone clearing up the contaminated area. Much to my surprise it was a young teenager who had taken the task upon himself. He said that he passed the place each day and didn’t like seeing the mess.

Well done, Christian. You give me hope for the future.
