A disappointing season has come to an end for the North Delta Devils.

They played their final regular season game of the Pacific Junior Hockey League season, losing 6-3 to the Richmond Sockeyes Saturday night at the Sungod Arena.

The Devils missed the playoffs for the first time in more than seven seasons, finishing in the basement of the Tom Shaw Conference with a 10-31-1-2 (won-loss-overtime loss-tied) record.

Tristan Craighead, Blake Gorrill and Dylan McCann netted a goal each for North Delta in the finale.
