Abbotsford Heat - David Van der Gulik - RW
HIS STORY
The fourth-year pro is sure to be a fan favourite, given that he's a hometown Abbotsford boy. Van der Gulik made his NHL debut last season, suiting up for six games with the Flames, and he also posted 17 goals and 19 assists in 73 AHL games for Quad City.
Van der Gulik's local hockey roots run deep – following his Abbotsford Minor Hockey Association days, he played junior B for the Abbotsford Pilots and junior A for the Chilliwack Chiefs.
